Picture Framing, Giclee Printing and Art Photography
PICTURE FRAMING
I started picture framing in 1984 and I've always tried to take a practical approach. Simple but well thought out is usually the best. We try to keep prices low so that those who may not otherwise frame art have that opportunity and so that our many artist customers can afford to frame their art for resale.
I enjoy working with clients helping them to design the frame which best suits their artwork. I try to make this process as painless as possible by listening to their ideas. And then trying to come up with a presentation that best suits their artwork.

ART PHOTOGRAPHY
New: We now use a high resolution digital camera for most of our reproduction work. This allows for faster turn around and less expense, without sacrificing quality. Most artwork can be shot and color corrected for $25 or less.
GICLEE PRINTING
We use an Epson 7600 (24" wide roll paper) and an Epson 9600 (44" wide roll paper) to produce conservation quality giclees. The ink we use is a Lyson inkset designed for the Photochrome Ink printer. It is a pigmented fade resistant ink suitable for giclees. We offer four paper choices; an epson enchanced matte (an excellent value with an excellent gamut but lacking the texture and weight of some papers), a watercolor paper designed for inkjet printing, a pearl finish coated stock (best for photography and computer generated art, and a canvas which we usually coat with a glossy finish and stretch on bars.
